چکیده

Currently, construction projects have a significant share in environmental pollution. Usually, the employers and managers of pay attention to project implementation with shortest duration lowest cost, whereas less is paid effects projects. Sustainable development requires planning projects, taking impacts, along other factors, into account. Few studies investigated balancing time, effects. Although selection an execution method for activity use decision-making methods, these methods not been used scheduling problems. This study seeks simultaneously minimize impacts. The purpose this evaluate impact activities three physical, biological, social aspects throughout attempt them as measurable values. In paper, urban water supply real case are assessed different modes by Leopold matrix best mode each selected using CoCoSo (combined compromise solution) multi-criteria method, considering time–cost-environmental trade-off. employed because its high flexibility compared methods. results will direct stakeholders more activities, together conventional goals objectives, such time cost.

A multi-objective resource-constrained optimization of time-cost trade-off problems in scheduling project

This paper presents a multi-objective resource-constrained project scheduling problem with positive and negative cash flows. The net present value (NPV) maximization and making span minimization are this study objectives. And since this problem is considered as complex optimization in NP-Hard context, we present a mathematical model for the given problem and solve three evolutionary algorithms;...

A novel multi criteria decision making model for optimizing time-cost-quality trade-off problems in construction projects

The planning phase of every construction project is entangled with multiple and occasionally conflicting criteria which need to be optimized simultaneously. Multi-criterion decision-making (MCDM) approaches can aid decision-makers in selecting the most appropriate solution among numerous potential Pareto optimal solutions. An evidential reasoning (ER) approach was applied for the first time in ...

A Multi-Mode Resource-Constrained Optimization of Time-Cost Trade-off Problems in Project Scheduling Using a Genetic Algorithm

In this paper, we present a genetic algorithm (GA) for optimization of a multi-mode resource constrained time cost trade off (MRCTCT) problem. The proposed GA, each activity has several operational modes and each mode identifies a possible executive time and cost of the activity. Beyond earlier studies on time-cost trade-off problem, in MRCTCT problem, resource requirements of each execution mo...
